Someth Solinna (Academic Year 2025-2026) – Tired, Fun, Memorable
Favorite Quote: “Believe you can and you halfway there.” – Theodore Roosevelt
An interesting fact about Solinna is that she loves traveling and exploring new places.
Her favorite subject is AP Microeconomics because it helps her understand how individuals and businesses make decisions in the real world. The most challenging subject for Solinna is Research Capstone because it requires her to do everything independently, such as finding a topic, gathering information, and managing her time. It demands a lot of thinking, organization, and effort, which can feel stressful. She believes the subject that will prepare her the most for life after high school is AP Microeconomics, as it has helped her understand how to manage money and how businesses and markets operate in real life.
Outside of school, Solinna often helps with her family’s business. Her most memorable moments at AUPPHS-FA include Halloween, Khmer New Year, and Christmas celebrations.
After graduating from AUPPHS-FA, Solinna plans to attend college and continue developing her family’s business in the future. Her advice to juniors at AUPPHS-FA is: “Don’t stress too much because every problem has a solution. Just stay calm, work hard, and believe in yourself.”
