Dr. Keneth A. Robinson

Dr. Robinson has been living in Cambodia and teaching at several educational institutions in Phnom Penh since 2003, with much of this being as an assistant dean at a local university. Most recently he was the Head of School at an international school, which adopted the International Baccalaureate curriculum. Additionally, during the first 5-years here, he worked part-time as a consultant with several NGOs, provided counseling, and presented training workshops.

Hailing from Memphis, Tennessee, he went on to graduate with a bachelor’s, master’s, and a doctorate in Psychology followed by a one-year internship at Boston University. Following graduation, he worked as a psychologist within diverse settings including emergency rooms, private clinics, a hospital clinic, a community outreach center, an in-patient hospital, and prisons.

Currently, he resides on the idyllic island, Koh Dach. Having lived in Cambodia for nearly 20 years, he considers Cambodia to be his adopted home with its year-round blossoms, exotic fruits, and gracious citizens quick with a smile or a friendly greeting. In his free time, he enjoys photography, table tennis, philosophy, reading, chess, and swimming.

Hui Ling Teoh

Mrs. Hui Ling Teoh is from Malaysia and is currently the Administrator for the AUPP High School Foxcroft Academy.  Previously, Ling was in the airline industries and entered the education profession upon her arrival to Cambodia in 2005. For 15 years, she worked as a School Administrator and Exam officer for a Reputable International School. ​

Her passion is working with students as they grow, supporting teachers and staff so that they can reach their greatest potential.

Davy Koem

Ms. Davy Koem is one of the Global Affairs alumnus of the American University of Phnom Penh (AUPP). She was born at Kratie Province and is a woman full of determination. Ms. Davy is currently working for AUPP High School-Foxcroft Academy as an Information and Administration Officer. Throughout the years, Ms. Davy has been involving in academic and community life through volunteer and community work. Her job responsibility is to be the main source of communication between staff, faculty, parents, and students in terms of ensuring the accuracy of the information and documentations as well as being a consultant whom parents and students can consult or express their concerns.​

Ms. Davy is very passionate about making a difference in society and living through new ethical standards for students.
