Mr. William E. Thomas is the 2nd Head Principal of AUPP High School-Foxcroft Academy. Before coming to Cambodia, Mr. Thomas spent the past 16 years teaching Economics and History at Foxcroft Academy, and in 10 of those years, he served as its Social Studies Department Chair.​

Mr. Thomas’ academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Arts in History, both acquired at The Citadel: The Military College of South Carolina. Mr. Thomas has taught all high school academic levels including Advance Placement and International Baccalaureate. He also attended all the workshops and seminars associated with those programs, including reading AP History exams (three consecutive years) for the College Board who is responsible for administering the Advanced Placement exams. Mr. Thomas’s vitae also include management positions in the private sector that includes banking, project management, estimating for commercial contractors, and even a little cattle ranching at his family’s farm.​

Hui Ling Teoh

Mrs. Hui Ling Teoh is from Malaysia and is currently the Administrator for the AUPP High School Foxcroft Academy.  Previously, Ling was in the airline industries and entered the education profession upon her arrival to Cambodia in 2005. For 15 years, she worked as a School Administrator and Exam officer for a Reputable International School. ​

Her passion is working with students as they grow, supporting teachers and staff so that they can reach their greatest potential

Davy Koem

Ms. Davy Koem is one of the Global Affairs alumnus of the American University of Phnom Penh (AUPP). She was born at Kratie Province and is a woman full of determination. Ms. Davy is currently working for AUPP High School-Foxcroft Academy as an Information and Administration Officer. Throughout the years, Ms. Davy has been involving in academic and community life through volunteer and community work. Her job responsibility is to be the main source of communication between staff, faculty, parents, and students in terms of ensuring the accuracy of the information and documentations as well as being a consultant whom parents and students can consult or express their concerns.​

Ms. Davy is very passionate about making a difference in society and living through new ethical standards for students.
