Favorite Quote: “Happiness is not something ready-made. It comes from your own actions.” — Dalai Lama
An interesting fact about Sokunpanha is that he loves playing sports, hanging out with friends, helping communities, and participating in charity work.
His favorite subjects are AP Physics and Computer Science because, while challenging, he enjoys studying them and wants to explore them further. The most difficult part of AP Physics was mastering complex concepts and applying them to problem-solving. It required strong critical thinking skills—especially when analyzing data and presenting findings. Overall, it was a powerful learning experience that blended theory with real-world application.
He believes the subjects that best prepare him for life after high school are Computer Science and Calculus, as both directly support the major he plans to pursue in university.
During his time at AUPPHS-FA, Sokunpanha actively joined extracurricular activities outside of school—ranging from sports and music to charity marathons and volunteer work.
Some of his favorite memories include spending time with classmates, studying together, and participating in charity marathons and sports tournaments. He especially remembers the time they played during Khmer New Year—a moment filled with laughter, fun, and friendship.
After graduation, he plans to enjoy university life, work hard to earn his degree, and eventually land a job that supports his goals—while still having fun along the way.
His advice to juniors at AUPPHS-FA: “Education is the key to success in life, and teachers make a lasting impact on their students.”
