Senior Student Highlight: Senghak Kuchpanhana

Senghak Kuchpanhana (Academic Year 2025-2026) – learning laughing living
Favorite Quote: “Be the type of energy that makes people feel lighter when you enter the room.”

An interesting fact about Kuchpanhana is that she can play the guitar, which means she can easily set the mood with just a few chords whether it’s a chill vibe or a sing-along moment. She also learned how to ride a bike back in primary school, and it remains one of her favorite ways to feel free and adventurous. On top of that, she can cook some seriously delicious food. Basically, she’s the kind of person who can bring music to a hangout, lead the bike ride, and then make everyone an amazing meal afterward.

One subject she particularly enjoys is Physics. She likes it because it explains how the world works, from the smallest particles to the largest galaxies. Physics sparks her curiosity, challenges her thinking, and helps her understand the science behind everyday phenomena. It feels both logical and magical at the same time. The project that challenged her the most was writing her research paper, which required a great deal of time, deep thinking, and attention to detail. Gathering reliable sources, analyzing data, and clearly explaining her ideas pushed her to improve both her writing and critical thinking skills. Although it was difficult, the experience taught her patience, discipline, and how to manage a long-term project from start to finish.

She believes that Physics and Calculus have prepared her the most for life after high school. Since she hopes to become a data analyst in the future, these subjects have helped build a strong foundation. Physics trains her to think logically and solve problems step by step, while Calculus strengthens her mathematical abilities and helps her analyze patterns and change. Together, they develop the critical thinking skills essential for data analysis.

Outside of school, Kuchpanhana has joined volunteer competitions, participated in various school events, and taken part in community service activities. These experiences have helped her build teamwork, leadership, and communication skills while allowing her to make a positive impact on others. The moments she treasures most at AUPPHS-FA are the bonding times she has shared with her best friends since Grade 10. Through shared experiences, inside jokes, late-night conversations, and challenges, they’ve grown closer over the years. What began as friendships has become a bond that feels like family one built on support, growth, and laughter.

After graduation, she plans to enjoy life and make the most of her free time before starting university. She hopes to relax, explore new hobbies, and create meaningful memories with friends and family so she can begin the next chapter of her life refreshed and motivated.

Her advice to juniors at AUPPHS-FA: “Don’t leave your work until the last minute. Waiting until the deadline creates unnecessary stress and can affect the quality of your work. Planning ahead and managing your time wisely will help you perform better and still have time to enjoy life.”
