Pheng Ratanacnimol (Academic Year 2025-2026) – stress, sleepy, fun
Favorite Quote: “When life shuts a door…open it again. It’s a door, that’s how they work.”
An interesting fact about Ratanacnimol (Nimol) is that she has two dogs and one cat.
The most challenging assignment for Nimol has been the Research Project because it is difficult to write a research paper when you are inexperienced and often unsure of what you are doing. However, she believes it is a valuable experience that helps students learn important skills they can use later in life. She also believes that Statistics will prepare her the most for life after high school because it is a challenging subject where failure is part of the learning process, you may not always get the right answer, but you learn to keep going.
Outside of school, Nimol enjoys cooking different dishes at home and experimenting with new recipes. Her most memorable moments at AUPPHS-FA were spending time with her friends and going on the Grade 11 field trip, which stood out as a special experience.
After graduating from AUPPHS-FA, Nimol plans to take a vacation to recharge before starting the next chapter of her life. Her advice to juniors at AUPPHS-FA: “Life is like ice, enjoy it before it melts.”- Dhadrian.
