Senior Student Highlight: Keo Panhawuth

Keo Panhawuth (Academic Year 2025-2026) – Challenging, Tiring, Exciting
Favorite Quote: “You don’t have to see the whole staircase, just take the first step.” – Martin Luther King, Jr.

An interesting fact about Panhawuth is that he likes to finish his work early and have time to check it again, rather than rushing right before deadlines.

He personally likes Biology because this subject allows us to discover more about things around us and also inside the human body. Not only that, but sometimes they have to work as a team for an experiment to get the result they want. The most challenging project for him is STEAM/STEM because it requires a lot of research and experimentation. He believes AP Calculus will prepare him most because it is a very important subject for his major and is related to many things around us.

Outside of academics, Panhawuth has been involved in sports and community service lately. His favorite memory at AUPPHS-FA is Sport Day, where they unlocked each other’s hidden sports skills and competed as a class. Even though they didn’t get the result they wanted, it was a fun experience.

After graduation, he plans to go abroad for university in September 2026. His advice to juniors at AUPPHS-FA: “Take down notes and short tips on how the problem should be solved. It will always be useful in the future.”
