
Ms. Jouline Hope Filowan is a licensed professional teacher with a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education, majoring in Special Education, from Saint Louis University, and a master’s degree in early childhood education from Baguio Central University. She is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Education, specializing in Educational Management.
Ms. Hope has held various teaching roles in Cambodia, including Early Years Teacher, Special Education Needs (SEN) Teacher, Primary Teacher, ESL Instructor, and Kaizen Ambassador. Her diverse experience has equipped her to support learners of different abilities and backgrounds effectively.
She is committed to creating inclusive, student-centered classrooms. With strong classroom management skills and a creative teaching approach, she continuously seeks professional growth to enhance her practice.
In her free time, Ms. Hope enjoys expanding her knowledge, developing her career, trying new recipes, exploring baking and cooking, and watching documentaries.
