Ms.  Culangan is a licensed physical education teacher holding a bachelor’s degree from Cagayan State University and has completed 18 units toward a Master of Science in Teaching at St. Paul University Philippines. With over five years of experience teaching junior high and college students, she is skilled at designing engaging lessons and fostering both academic and personal growth among her students.

Beyond teaching, Carmine is passionate about promoting fitness, youth empowerment, and mental wellness. She actively organizes wellness activities and participates in seminars to stay updated on best practices. As a dedicated member of the Philippine Association for Teachers and Educators (PAFTE) and the International Organization for Health, Sports, and Kinesiology, she continually seeks to expand her expertise in education, sports science, and holistic wellness.

Motivated by a genuine love for learning and a commitment to making a positive impact, Carmine embraces innovative teaching strategies and leadership roles. She believes in nurturing the whole person and strives to inspire students to thrive both inside and outside the classroom.
