An interesting fact about Damond is that he considers himself a jack of all trades, master of none—someone who gives either 0%, 50%, or 100% depending on what he’s working on. He enjoys both Macroeconomics and Microeconomics. Although the subjects felt a bit boring at first, they eventually became more engaging, and some concepts even started to feel like common knowledge. Over time, they became two of his strongest subjects.
The most challenging assignments for him are presentations because speaking in front of others is difficult for him, even though he can talk comfortably with his friends. He believes that Macroeconomics prepared him best for life after high school because it explains how economies function and helps guide smarter financial decisions in the future.
During his time at AUPPHS-FA, Damond participated in marathons for community service and joined Sports Day activities. His most memorable moment was when he first started out in class 10C.
After graduation, Damond plans to work toward financial stability. His advice to juniors at AUPPHS-FA: “Always read the questions carefully.”
