Information and Administration Officer

Position Summary:
The Information and Administration Officer is responsible for providing administrative support to the AUPP High School and serves as first point of contract for school visitors and students.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer general phone and email inquiries, greeting and direct onsite visitors.
- Provide visitors with information about the school and the enrollment procedures.
- Schedule placement tests and interview appointments for the applicants.
- Send the offer letters for applicants after the completion of placement test and interview.
- Collate and distribute emails to students and staff members about high school current news and information
- Prepare student files with relevant documents after enrollment.
- Create and prepare documents for High School Administration/Marketing Department.
- Ensure office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies.
- Occasionally deliver reports or files to other departments and staff members.
- Communicate with parents regarding the students’ attendance or disciplinary issues and report to Administrator
- Propose and plan social events for the students.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, or closely related fields.
- Excellent command of English language and Khmer (written, oral, and verbal).
- Superb verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic in continuous learning of new skills.
- Good interpersonal and Proficient Computer (Word, Excel, PPT, Canva) skills.
Hour of Work:
The official hours of AUPP High School are 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, with one hour for lunch (Monday to Friday) Some Saturday may be needed on occasion for Open House and other recruitment events.
